Fighter Training is a program designed for elite fighters who do not have much time to commit to advanced classes or who would prefer a personal attention based training with time for increased focus with a senior instructor or Kru. Personal guidance pad rounds, sparring and clinching is provided in this program and offer a unique method of personal training similar to the teachings found in camps in Thailand.
Personal Pads Program is another personal training program that offers one on one instruction and pad work with a junior or senior instructor. The focus is to build or correct technique through qualified and experienced trainers, as opposed to partners in class. Pad rounds with an instructor greatly increases the growth of members.

These are 1 hour private training sessions that include technique, physical conditioning, defensive drills, personal pad work, sparring, and clinching.
Are you looking for a new and challenging way to keep your kids engaged in physical activities? The kids program at Southside offers classes five times a week for juniors aged 6 to 15 years. Our goal is to create a positive fun filled environment for the kids to learn basic martial arts skills for physical development and personal growth. Each kids class includes a short private session with a qualified instructor who will be able to go over the technique of the students. During this time your child is getting the full attention of teacher which allows for the best growth and improvement.
The Southside Young Adults Program is the our most popular service we have to offer. With classes six days a week including morning afternoon and evening training, our two hour sessions include exercise, conditioning, technical study and strategy for application in sparring and real combat. We emphasize technical perfection and safety to ensure the best experience in training Muay Thai. All of our instructors are highly qualified giving their valuable experience to each of the members. The program follows a curriculum which begins every four months starting each year in January followed by May and September. From beginners to advanced fighters, our curriculum is sure to refresh knowledge and techniques that are used in every day sparring and competitions locally and internationally.Basic training in Muay Thai is for anyone new to the sport. If it has been a long time since you have participated in any physical activities or you are just getting back to the sport this class is for you. Beginner Muay Thai classes include many physical conditioning exercises, stretching exercises and basic Muay Thai theory. In addition, they include pad work, technical drills, bag exercises and partner drills to refine your body control and movements.
